A department for customisable products was created displaying styles and fabrics where customers can browse popular combinations, pin their personal choices and configure ideas digitally.
Alongside the new zones, Harveys wanted to provide an area within their stores that enables customers to explore their entire range independently or with assistance from staff.
At the heart of the store we created a hub which displays the full and extended range, and is digitally interactive which allows an extension in-store for browsing and more inspiration.
